By accessing and using KuGadgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
KuGadgets provides online tools and services through a freemium model:
Free Services Include
- • Browser-based tools and basic functionality
- • Limited usage quotas and community support
- • Access to core features with usage limits
- • Community-based support and documentation
Paid Services Include
- • Advanced AI processing and server-side features
- • Higher usage quotas and priority processing
- • Priority customer support
- • API access and advanced integrations
- • Provide accurate and complete account information
- • Maintain the security of your account credentials
- • Use our services only for lawful purposes
- • Not abuse, harass, or harm other users or our systems
- • Respect usage limits and quotas
- • Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- • Any illegal activities or violation of laws
- • Harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
- • Spam, unsolicited communications, or marketing abuse
- • Malware, viruses, or malicious code
- • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
- • Processing others' personal data without consent
- • System abuse, hacking, or unauthorized access attempts
Subscription Services
- • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
- • Auto-renewal unless cancelled before billing cycle
- • We may change prices with 30 days notice
- • You can cancel anytime through your account settings
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for subscription services, except as required by law or in cases of service failure.
Points System

KuGadgets and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by KuDesign Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to process it for providing our services. We don't claim ownership of your files or data.
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be interrupted for:
- • Scheduled maintenance and updates
- • Security patches and system improvements
- • Events beyond our reasonable control
- • Third-party service dependencies
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KuDesign Limited shall not be liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Data loss or corruption

Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.

Effect of Termination
